The bedroom has a king-size and a single bed, so three can sleep there. A fourth guest sleeps on the sofa bed in the living room. The apartment suits three adults, or parents with two children.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own entrance. The terrace has a table and benches; the barbecue under the vine in the courtyard is shared with the apartment next door. You park in the courtyard behind the gate.
